Union Galva Steel automates accounting systems with Oracle E-Business Suite

Union Galvasteel Corporation (UGC), a Phinma Company and manufacturer of galvanized sheets for roofing applications, has selected the Oracle E-Business Suite 12.1 to streamline business processes across its nationwide business units while also achieving rapid value in the company’s IT investment.

The Oracle E-Business Suite 12.1 provides a flexible, scalable and reliable global business platform that is expected to deliver high availability and the integration needed to lower operational cost, increase productivity and support the company’s growth and expansion.

The half-year implementation will also include Oracle E-Business Suite 12.1 Financials which will help to enable UGC to improve efficiency and reduce back-office costs with standardized processes for shared services, productivity tools, and integrated performance management; and work securely with a holistic approach to compliance and risk management.

This project will be deployed by iOM Philippines, a Gold level member of Oracle PartnerNetwork. (OPN).
