ReadySpace, a Cloud and managed hosting provider with offices in Singapore, Hong Kong, and Malaysia, is deploying Parallels Automation for Cloud Marketplace (PACM) to rapidly offer profitable Cloud services to its small to medium businesses (SMB) customers. With PACM, ReadySpace is well positioned to focus on customer development efforts on revenue-generating services, rather than its billing and administration systems.
ReadySpace can now instantly launch a customized storefront with a set of applications that come complete with pre-negotiated licensing terms and white label support, which dramatically improves both time-to-market and time-to-profitability. In addition, PACM enables the company to offer hundreds of applications from a portfolio of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) from leading independent software vendors (ISVs).
“Parallels Automation for Cloud Marketplace is a one-stop solution that simplifies the process of delivering efficient Cloud services to SMBs,” said John Zanni, vice president of service provider marketing and alliances of Parallels. “With this deployment, ReadySpace is well equipped to expand its superior expertise of serving the enterprises to SMBs by enabling its customers go from zero to actual market launch in a matter of days.”
Designed to enhance the user experience by providing relevant services at affordable prices from various ISVs, Parallels Automation for Cloud Marketplace enables ReadySpace to provide its customers a seamless point of contact to manage these vendors without having to negotiate directly them. In addition, Parallels Automation for Cloud also simplifies the selection of SaaS applications, negotiation of business terms, platform integration, preparation of GTM tools and the setup of a support chain.
“We’ve witnessed great success in delivering Cloud services to enterprises in Southeast Asia but resonating with SMBs was a different story as it required different strategies and tactics,” said David Loke, Executive Director of ReadySpace. “Parallels Automation for Cloud Marketplace was a perfect solution as it enabled us to provide our customers with the ability to self-service their operational needs effectively and quickly in a seamless manner.”
