ERP helps plastic manufacturer increase visibility and efficiency

The Yan Hing Group, a manufacturer of plastic injection moulding and die casting machines, has selected the Epicor enterprise resource planning (ERP) software to enhance operational efficiency and support continued growth in the market.

Established in the 1950s and with headquarters based in Shenzhen, China, Yan Hing owns and operates a purpose-built industrial complex possessing a wide range of advanced manufacturing facilities.

Prior to upgrading to the Epicor ERP system Yan Hing used MRP’s Production Materials Demand System. Staff across all levels of the organisation felt the restrictions of the legacy information system. Seeking to acquire a system that would enable growth and support its business operations, the company’s executives began the process towards the acquisition of an enhanced business software solution.
