Enhance your reputation with JamiQ

Enhance your reputation with JamiQ

By Joseph Rebeiro | Sep 6, 2010

JamiQ, a Social Media Monitoring solutions provider, has launched ReputationWatch, a new social media reputation management solution on the SingTel myBusiness Cloud Computing portal.

ReputationWatch is a reputation management service tailored for small and medium-sized businesses. It is built on JamiQ’s social media monitoring technology to allow businesses to track real-time online conversations about their brands in their local market.

Reputation counts
The information explosion that we see today, means that the reputation of a business spreads at lightning speed. Research shows that it takes three and a half years to recover from a dent to one's reputation. In the same vein, every positive mark added to one's reputation increases one's price by over 7 percent.

Most SMBs do not have the capacity to keep reinvesting in areas that don't seem to deliver results.Clearly SMBs have to recognise the impact of reputation to its business, particularly when budgets are tight and every investment has to count.

According to Arvind Sethumadhavan, CEO of JamiQ, SMBs can now 'Fire and Go'. SMBs can quickly launch a new business stream, and react to customer sentiment almost immediately through new media feedback mechanisms such as blogs, twitter, facebook and more.  The ability to capture data and filter out the noise from all these conversations, will enable business to focus on the issues that will create value.

JamiQ's offering

Users will receive timely email alerts about highly localised and relevant conversations on social media platforms such as blogs, forums, social networks, microblogs, and even on news sites all over the world. Users will also have access to a comprehensive dashboard which provides a trending analysis of conversations, as well as a complete historical archive of past conversations tracked.
