Convergys Corporation has been named one of the Top 5 outsourcing companies in the world.

The International Association of Outsourcing Professionals bestowed this distinctive honor on Convergys in its annual ranking of the world’s Top 100 providers of outsourced services.

The IAOP looked at many criteria, including size and growth, global presence, customer experience, company recognition, employee development, and management capabilities, to determine Convergys’ Top 5 ranking for this prestigious honor.

In addition to Convergys’ Top 5 ranking, the IAOP also named Convergys to the Best 5 Leaders list for Sales services.

“Convergys’ recognition as a Top 5 outsourcing provider globally is an honor that the company shares with its employees and its clients,” said Andrea Ayers, President and COO, Customer Management, Convergys.  “We thank our employees for their professionalism and manifest dedication, which are at the root of Convergys’ continued success. We also thank our clients, which include 28 of Fortune's Top 50 companies, for their trust in Convergys as a partner that can help them grow their businesses through the expert management of their critical customer service functions.”

“The companies on The Global Outsourcing 100 and The World’s Best Outsourcing Advisors lists are proven leaders.  They are the companies you want to partner with to achieve success and better outsourcing outcomes,” said Michael Corbett, IAOP Chairman and chair of the judges’ panel.
