Acronis ranked among Deloitte's 2010 Technology Fast 500

Acronis, a provider of easy-to-use backup, recovery, and security solutions for physical, virtual, and cloud environments, has announced that it ranked number 219 on Technology Fast 500™, Deloitte’s ranking of 500 of the fastest-growing technology, media, telecommunications, life sciences and clean technology companies in North America. Rankings are based on percentage of fiscal year revenue growth during the period from 2005–2009.
Companies have been pushing to save money and maintenance costs through virtualization and leveraging cloud-based services for that extra level of protection. While consumers want the ability to protect sensitive data on their computers with image-based backup both locally and via online services. "With our expanded product suite, we can provide customers with a choice for server and systems backup, as well as disaster recovery options,” said Jason Donahue, CEO at Acronis.
According to Phil Asmundson, vice chairman and Deloitte’s U.S. technology, media and telecommunications leader, “Acronis and the other 2010 Technology Fast 500™ winners forged ahead in a challenging economic environment to realize exceptional growth. Deloitte commends Acronis for this impressive accomplishment."
